TETRAGON designed and set up the Yannis Ritsos Museum at Monemvasia, at the poet's home. The exhibition that was created presents the personality and work of Ritsos, as well as his relationship with Monemvasia. The exhibition sections, through selected poems, develop in four semantic axes: location, events, persons and works.
The visitor experience is shaped by exhibition means such as the old furniture, paintings by the poet, fragments of his poetry collections, scenography and recreations of his life and work themes, historical and personal documents, visual and audiovisual material.
The museological narration seeks to energise the visitor interest by collocating selected events of Yannis Ritsos' life, with the aim of gradually entering deeper into the ideas and character of his poetry.
